Cryptobotics Legal Policies and Guidelines

The following agreement outlines the services, rules, and principles agreed upon between Cryptobotics and its valued users. This agreement is designed to ensure ease of use, transparency in interactions, prevention of user rights violations, protection of user privacy, and comprehensive respect for our users.

Cryptobotics kindly requests that you carefully review these terms, as using any of Cryptobotics' services or products constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Please note that with each update to the terms, Cryptobotics is obligated to inform users of these changes through the communication channels provided by you. Users are required to review the updates within the specified timeframe. After the announced period, all responsibilities lie with the user.

Definition of Terms

• User: An individual who, after reviewing and accepting all terms and providing accurate personal information, uses the services offered by the Cryptobotics website and bot.
• Products: The only product currently offered by Cryptobotics is the Cryptobotics bot. This software is available to users on a subscription basis. The bot uses technical analysis algorithms to generate signals and analyses. No human intervention occurs in the bot's analysis, and all responsibility for potential profits or losses lies solely with the user.
• Cryptobotics Platform: The Cryptobotics platform is an online store for selling computer software and providing support services for setup and usage. The platform does not facilitate the buying or selling of cryptocurrencies.

Cryptobotics Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available if funds are deposited into Cryptobotics' wallet (not your exchange account) and you decide to discontinue using the Cryptobotics bot. In such cases, we are obligated to process the refund within a maximum of 7 days upon submission of the payment receipt and TX-ID. Otherwise, Cryptobotics bears no responsibility for refunds.

• Note that a 14-day free trial period is provided to test and evaluate the bot's performance.
• Refunds are subject to deduction of transfer fees and the cost of the bot usage period.

Risk and Capital Management Responsibility of the Cryptobotics Bot

The bot is programmed with advanced algorithms and indicators, but due to confidentiality and to prevent copying, we cannot disclose all details. However, based on conducted analyses, the bot will not deduct more than 30% of the available capital, even in the most bearish market conditions.

Additionally, with long-term capital management, the bot aims to provide steady and increasing income for you.

Cryptocurrency Market Fluctuations and Tolerances

Fluctuations, tolerances, and force majeure conditions in financial markets are beyond Cryptobotics' control. Therefore, Cryptobotics bears no responsibility for these fluctuations, and the responsibility for using the bot lies entirely with the user.

User Data Protection and Confidentiality

Cryptobotics makes every effort to protect user privacy and confidentiality. The bot only collects the API-Key and Secret-Key from the exchange and conducts trades in the spot environment with user permission through the exchange.

As a result, Cryptobotics is not responsible for funds deposited into the exchange or the exchange's performance with respect to its users.

• Based on conducted reviews, trading in the spot environment is low-risk and secure.

User Data Collection and Protection

All user data, including information provided in the registration and login forms, Telegram chat IDs, usernames, and general user data (e.g., username, name, and data collected through user interactions with the bot), are completely confidential and will not be shared with any private or governmental organization unless authorized by official permission.

Third-Party Data Collection Services

To improve your user experience, we may use data collection tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and others. Information obtained from user interactions with the Cryptobotics website, accessible through tools like Google Analytics, is clearly outlined in the following documents:

Disclaimer for Exchange Account Suspension

Cryptobotics is not responsible for the suspension of users' exchange accounts. At the time of writing these terms, we recommend that most users work with foreign exchanges that do not have issues with Iranian users, such as CoinEx. These exchanges have their own terms, and if you are required to register with such an exchange to use Cryptobotics' services, you must thoroughly review their terms.

Our Advertising and Support Policy

Cryptobotics may engage in advertising to cover operational costs, and as a user, you may encounter various forms of our advertisements across the web.

Support: All setup and usage support services for the bot will be provided to our valued users through the designated channels announced on the website.

• Note that in cases of disrespect, harassment, or verbal abuse toward Cryptobotics' support team, Cryptobotics reserves the right to decide on or refrain from providing support services to such users.
• Mutual understanding is a core principle at Cryptobotics, and we kindly request that our valued users and customers show mutual respect toward us.

Training, Service Limitations, and Price Changes

Training: All training materials for using the Cryptobotics bot are provided on this page and other website pages. Users are personally responsible for reviewing these pages before purchasing.

Service and Product Limitations: No user is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, store, publish in any media, transfer, resell, display, or publicly broadcast, adapt, or modify content for any other purpose without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of any of the aforementioned is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Price Changes: Price changes for products and services may occur without prior notice, and Cryptobotics bears no responsibility for notifications regarding such changes.

Governing Laws in Iran and Abroad

• Governing Laws: Cryptobotics' terms are based on the regulations and laws of Iran, and any potential disputes will be interpreted and resolved under the supervision of competent Iranian authorities.
• For users outside Iran, relevant judicial authorities are responsible for addressing disputes between Cryptobotics and non-Iranian users.
• Purchasing from Cryptobotics constitutes acceptance of the jurisdiction of the aforementioned authorities, and no user may file a claim in any judicial authority other than those specified in this agreement.
• Note that if a competent court determines that any of the above terms are unenforceable, only that specific section will be affected, and the remaining terms will remain enforceable.
